3. Client Responsibilities

4. Healthcare Data Protection & Compliance

If your use of our Services involves the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII), you agree to comply with all applicable Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH) regulations, as well as any other relevant data protection and privacy laws.
