Founder Story

In 2020, Matthew Swajkowski founded Sigfinity with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between tactical technology solutions and broader business objectives. Drawing on over 25 years of diverse experience in both business and technology, Matthew set out to create a firm that could offer innovative, tailored solutions to organizations, empowering them to not only solve immediate challenges but also drive long-term, sustainable growth.

Matthew’s career spans multiple industries, but much of his expertise comes from the healthcare sector, where he has held senior leadership roles that uniquely shaped his approach to consulting. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Orsini Specialty Pharmacy, he was integral in shaping the company’s technology infrastructure and spearheading the development of an enterprise platform that revolutionized the way the company managed the patient journey. His leadership in growing the company—working with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to launch over 50 rare disease drugs—showcased his ability to align technology solutions with strategic business goals.

Before this, Matthew’s broad experience in pharmaceutical consulting, IT management, application development, and software validation gave him a deep understanding of the complexities that businesses face in a constantly evolving technological landscape. This wealth of experience informs his work at Sigfinity™, where he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business dynamics, always with an eye on creating solutions that are both innovative and sustainable.
